Earlier this week, I predicted a 15:22 Parkrun based on my current fitness and the sessions I’d been doing. It was 25 seconds faster than my best this year, find out how I almost nailed the prediction to the second in the Blyth Links Parkrun yesterday!

So impressive man! Killed it 💪 Harriet smashed it! 23min 😮💨🤌👏
Welldone the pair of you.
I enjoyed the bits of advice from John Nuttall you shared. I'd enjoy hearing more about your time with John as your coach, both training advice and what he was like as a person, if you wouldn't mind going in to that sometime. As someone whos never worked with a coach, I don't even really know how you should work with them on a weekly basis. I'll definitely be remembering to "keep a lid on it" from now on 🙂
Good times m8, feels nice once you have done it, and the beauty of parkrun finishes nice and early have the rest of the day ahead of you 😃
Well done, great time. So interesting listening to you. My 14 year old son, has managed 15:22 at 5k and 8:45:34 at 3000m, super proud 😊
You both ran superb, well done! Glad I couldn’t make Blyth on Saturday, would have lapped me good and proper! 😂
I ran this in 23:16, was amazed when i looked at the results and saw you're time ! Truly amazing 👏 absolutely incredible 😍👍👍
