  1. I think the Canucks need to make the changes asap including letting Rutherford, Allvin, Foote, and the assistant coaches go. Promote Manny Malhotra to head coach and start a new culture for the guys next season. That includes whoever we draft with our first round pick, Cootes, and the other pieces we have. While I understand we’re going to lose more than we win, I’d rather start working on the culture asap. And I’m still of the belief they need to move EP40. Only then can we feel that all the cancer is gone from the dressing room.

  2. I swear this management’s next biggest mistake will be keeping Adam Foote as head coach next season and letting Manny Malhotra walk to another team as head coach.

  3. The owner is cheap. The proof in the Aquillini business empire. JR, Allvin and Foote are going nowhere while Aquillini is paying them

  4. We would have to pay teams to take Petey. Not that he is that bad, but he is not worth what they paid for him. Or Boeser. As trying to make a playoff team I do not think scorched earth method works. Make sure you have no picks , let talent walk, Made it where you have no collateral. No money. Adam Foote was a sacrificial lamb set up to fail. . I said that last year. We can't get Dupont. It is like they brought these guys in so Vancouver never gets a chance. Just fail, fail, fail. Then point fingers at everything else. Wasn't us. If not them then who? By the time the team starts looking like something we will have to trade some of them for more picks. Cootes is the closest thing to a blue chipper. And still lacking size and toughness you need. A bottom up rebuild which takes longer and people will have to be patient and if ownership and management try to fast track it it will fail again. But hey I am a die hard Canuck fan. Just painful and aggravating. Ironic the League changed how the draft works and is not in our favor.

  5. Sherwood wanted too much money, and the Canucks needed picks… I wouldn't be surprised if EP40 and Brock have bounce back seasons next year, with Brock back in the 30 goal range playing with Rossi and EP40 back to at least 70 points if they get him a good winger. Foote's system doesn't work and his line combos have been pretty dumb at times. Hopefully they just promote Malhotra. The DuPont thing is a pipe dream

  6. Come guys Rutherford is77 years old. If anybody goes has to be Jim. Allvin knows twins well.Twins with Maholtra and GM have done good job in Abby. Kids are getting better. I think team is called Petera up this week. Good to see. A team needs help in two areas. One is Left D ready for NHL. 3 line centre and 2 line LW. Moving Buium can bring us first pick this year.
Joseph is proving that he can play here.
