Nice Flamesnation talking about my Jets. Hey, I'm the same as so many… The Jets have been in the playoffs year and year and they go out so fast. Great Reg season team and not so good in the Playoffs. Here's hoping, but I ain't betting more than a few bucks on them. Helly will have to play in the playoffs like he is now.

Sign Ehlers. He's a Jet through and through. And time and again at any given moment BAM… he proves he's the most dangerous guy on the ice. Sign him.
Too bad corrupt Bettman rewards and punishers teams based on GEOGRAPHY, instead of great or poor season play. By the time a Central Div team gets to the West Con Finals, their beat up team has to take on a fresh Pacific team, that has been playing Tiddly winks for 3 weeks. Just ask the Jets in 2018 or Dallas last year. Absolutely stupid.
As a Jets fan, I can’t imagine this team without Ehlers in it. He’s been here for as along as I have been a fan of this team and if he walks, it’ll sting a lot, especially for the guys because they all have great chemistry. He’s also a very underrated play maker and shooter. He’s fast, high IQ and a great line mate.
The jets played great this time around ,go jets go 🎉
Ehlers will re-sign with the Jets, B/C he'll have 7 years for a chance to win a Cup.
Would the Jets go for JT Miller ? Schiefle, Miller, Lowry in the mmiddle is fairly fabulous.
I hope they resign Ehlers. However, if he gets us a strong second pair defenseman I am ok with Chibrikov (sp?) or Lambert taking his spot.
Ehlers has never expressed or shown he wants out. He’s played a big role in the success of PP1 and he sounds very happy Big 17 has moved up to the 2C spot.
And with Iaffalo working both ends of the ice it has unlocked Nic’s 200’ game.
The Jets playoff losses…
Upset by VGK in 2018 WCF
Upset by Blues who went on to win the 2019 SC.
*Upset by Mtl who rolled onto the ‘21 “COVID” SCF.
*Scheif 4 game suspension.
Lost to VGK ‘23 SC champs
In 2024 – lost to Avs who then lost Nichuskin to suspension. The Avs might have won the ‘24 SC w/choo-choo in the lineup. They are a different team without him.
