TORONTO – Brad Marchand had two goals and an assist, including the go-ahead goal at 11:53 of the third period, and the Boston Bruins defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-2 in Game 3 to retake the series lead in the Eastern Conference First Round at Scotiabank Arena on Wednesday.
Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery said he KNEW Marchand was going to have a good game for Boston before morning skate even got underway.
“He started barking before the first drill,” Jim Montgomery said. “I said, ‘It’s 3 minutes early,’ he said, ‘Let’s go!’ and I loved it!”

The reporter made it sound like Keefe was complementing Marchard when in reality he was crying like a girl about marchy not getting called for penalties. He's in that entire teams head.
Ullmark will start game 4. This coach abandoned the rotation last season and they got burned. Not this season.

I’ve been ripping Marchand a good part of this season for what I saw was lack of leadership. Last night he came up big time in a big moment which is what leaders do. Way to go Brad, keep it going..

Not a Bruins fan, but Marchand's ability to take the entirety of a game's pressure on him to free up his team is fucking insane.
Marchand basically willed the Bruins to win game 3. You can tell in the 3rd period he decided "We're going to win this."
