Svech knows he’s been underperforming and still has a great work ethic. What’s the use of benching him?
I would rather lose most of the games in the remaining of the season and have everyone up to speed with the system and mentally ready than be the best in the normal season.

Svetch works harder than most people om the team, I also think he is really tough on himself. He doesn’t need a reminder that he isn’t performing, he already knows and RB had always done a good job of supporting him. 37 will find his groove again.
