I would argue that Berggren didn't get played after the second game because he was a liability, not because the organization wanted to maintain his waiver eligibility.
Feels like Berggren fell off a cliff for you guys. I remember in the DeBrincat negotiations Dorion probably asked about him and Yzerman said no, so I thought he'd be in the NHL this season. At least he's an asset you could trade out for a roster piece (say a goalie to pair with Lyon next season).
If Lalonde would do a proper goalie rotation and would motivate the team we can make the playoffs

The answer to how you can complain about Yzweman's draft is that the GM doesnt do that much of the scouting. Yzwrman has said as much. And he didnt bring the TB guys with him. So i have a little more patience, but probably only a year or two
