The New Jersey Devils will head across the Hudson River to take on the New York Rangers on Monday March 11th, 2024 at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY.
Things got ugly the last time these two teams met on February 22 at Prudential Center.
Matt Rempe crushed NJ Devils forward Nathan Bastian with a hit that left him bloodied on the ice.
He then quickly dispatched Devils defenseman Jonas Siegenthaler when he tried sticking up for his teammate.
TOMORROW IS THE MUCH ANTICIPATED REMATCH!

I guess he didn't get moved down to the AHL, I thought I saw a few days ago that he did…I hope Rempe gets taught a lesson. Pretty confident in MacDermid here. Hopefully he gets some on Trouba too.
Big Ranger fan and i can tell you the whole fanbase loves this kid he has brought new life to the team and he has 100% brought fighting back which is amazing because we need to keep it in the league

Can't believe how much I'm looking forward to this as well. Should help alleviate some of the pain this season has brought. I was at that last Rangers game and it was indeed awful, never mind it was like the Rock had been invaded by the Huns. But Dermy must have Scottish Highlander in him, he's huge. On the bench, he's always looking ready to charge out of the bullpen. I'm sure he's itching for it, so let's hope it happens. Unrelated: he was noticeably chewing gum skating around during warm-ups before the Canes game. I thought that was hilarious, esp considering RBA. And love the jacket! 😊

Rangers fan who discovered your channel the last time we played the Devils. Have listened to some of your videos in between. While we root for different teams, it's clear that you love hockey above everything else and your insights on the game in general are on point. It's a shame tonight's game doesn't realistically have playoff implications. Matt Rempe has definitely energized the Rangers and he can play hockey, not just fight. He's reminding everyone in the league why quality enforcers have always been a force to be reckoned with in the NHL.
