If the arena is saying they don't know who sat there, that's not true. I have been to stars games and an episode happened once when we were there. Dallas offers fans the option to text them a six digit code if something is happening. That way, it's not confrontational for the fans doing the reporting. We reported it and it was addressed immediately.
