I think we are all witnessing something very special here. The fact that he has 50 goals without any empty netters. That is obscene! Also, you can hear the Ranger commentary saying it looked like Miller wasn't paying attention after the faceoff and/or Caufield got a jump before the puck was dropped. That's absolutely on the official. So many false starts. It ruined anyone's flow on the draws

So Goal Caufield, the "only good on the pp and too small to be effective 5v5" dominates the league in 5v5 goals, is 1 goal away from MacKinnon and has no empty goals… Can't wait for the "he'll get crushed in the playoffs" crowd to reappear soon, forgetting how clutch he was in the 2021 playoffs… Mr Saturday night strikes again and again and again!!!

The guy has 28 goals in his last 27 games, it's crazy! If you take the definition of the Hart trophy literally, he is the most valuable player for his team I believe, he deserves the MVP.
