As the Sabres approach the playoffs, one player that has started to perform poorly is center Ryan McLeod. In the last couple of weeks, McLeod’s offense has gone dry, with lots of turnovers and mistakes on the penalty kill to go with it. How concerned should we be with McLeod’s play? A look back on his playoff experience with the Edmonton Oilers shows some weaknesses to his game, but also reason not to panic.

The whole Kesselring thing has to be a health thing, because he’s better than timmins and Stanley combined. Should be Kess and Metsa easy. He he’s a blue line shooter, only good righty we have he will be playing in playoffs I hope.

McLeod: #1) he's a 50+ point player for the 2nd year in a row (who is currently only 10 points behind Tuch who has 60) #2) the reason he doesn't have more goals (12) is because he is a 'selfless playmaker' who makes up for his lack of goal scoring with assists (38)… #3) he leads the league in short handed goals #4) he's one of the fastest skaters in the league #5) he's good on the penalty kill #6) PLUS +23… He boasts one of the highest +/- on the entire roster, 24th in the league… This is the kind of a player that wins you hockey games… Absolute Asset 👍 🏒 💯 ⚔️
