Its possible because Fitz made it obvious at the trade deadline press conference that he hates Nemec. The way he talks about him shows hes looking to move him or low ball a contract to him and tell him take it or leave it
I agree, Nemec is getting a raw deal.
If he is traded, it better meet high value.
im down to trade anyone not named Jack Hughes at this point, I'm tired of rolling out this mid core every year . I'd like to see a Huberdeau for Tkachuk type splash move from Fitz that shocks everybody
Nemec has been poorly developed but, he is and always will be a defensive trainwreck. Doesn't even have the foundational basics like keeping stick on the ice in the defensive zone.
His contract demand is a passive aggressive trade demand.
Of course Fitz will package Nemec and this year's first to Nashville for Stamkos. That's the Fitz way.
