I need a breakdown from you all to explain to me why NHL coaching is just a continuous round robin of plug and play coaches from the same pool. You cannot tell me that there aren't assistant coaches, AHL coaches, ECHL coaches, whoever including female coaches for ffs that can't be tapped!!! Why is it only the same 10-15 coaches going to different teams FOR YEARS after they've been fired from their last job 😤 Like I'm pretty sure that Vegas is probably going to hire Mike Babcock at some point because they're so insane. If they'll hire a goaltender with questionable morals that played out on a world stage they'll hire freaking Babcock right? I see Montreal and this young ish bright former player coach and I think why can't that happen in other places? I am tired of seeing the same coaches over and over and over again. I'm just… it doesn't make us any sense to me ARRRRRRRRRRRGH 🤦♀️ Help!
