Why on earth is Reimer the choice you guys made? I don't even care about how he does here, his opinions are not what this city believes in. I would've rather lost every game with Leevi and Mads than have him.
So I watched the highlights from the Belleville game that took place yesterday. It was a 6-5 ot loss. So Reimer allowed 5 in regulation, plus the ot goal. Hopefully he can settle in. But I won’t make excuses for a long time.
Personality-wise, I think he’s amazing. What a great dude. People are gonna reply to this about rainbows, but I don’t care about that. That’s got nothing to do with hockey. I’m talking about his personality as a hockey player. And you can tell he’s a great locker room guy.
I couldn’t care less about his personal beliefs. I only care about how he is as a hockey player.
Everyone is defending Reimer like he's a grade a goalie coming here to save the season. Lol He is here so that Leevi can go back and develop and to not lose every bit of confidence he has. Being a good human in this world is important, regardless of the environment. This club went on record and said that the identity of this team is based on character. And now they are retracting. You can be a passionate fan and not want bigots on your team all at the same time. If you want to say that value systems don't matter, that's your right, but it doesn't mean youre not a shit human.
But stop treating this guy like he's going to save anything at all. That's a joke, to say the least.
I don't agree with Reimer's views on religion or anything like that, but … Come ON … You can feel his excitement and energy. I really do hope he keeps that up and brings it to the boys! Welcome to Ottawa, Reimer!
There’s a reason they win with Macdermid in the lineup, and it’s not because of the skill he offers. They need more toughness, players who can back up their teammates and take a regular shift in the lineup,,,, smarten up Sens, get some men in the lineup to help out the boys!!!
Extremely disappointed with this signing in all ways. Guy is a washed – up cultist. He will do nothing but divide Sens fans, and disappear back to his cult.
