Canucks are the easiest NHL opponent in the league. Its not even close. Zero firepower. Zero character. Zero physical presence. This is pathetic
Demko has been what I think is tge best netminder in the league the last 5 years when healthy. It's really lousy he's been cursed to play in Van his career. Severely overplayed, because , let's face it, if you know anything about hockey, and watch the Canucks without bias, he alone has made the illusion of them being better than they have been since at least the bubble playoffs. The guy is underrated as far as I'm concerned, but his injury history is extremely unfortunate, and could have been avoided on a deeper team, that didn't rely on their goalie bailing them out for 6 years to give them credibility in any way
What a contrast with their best player by far back.
Low points is good only in golf.
After all, would be better for Leafs to alternate starting goalies between Woll and Hiledeby.
Woll in particular will likely have higher mental hunger level if he watches the game after starting from the bench.
Would be good if Woll could improve his injury-prone constitution, but for now, wouldn't alternating starting goalies help him contribute more to For The Team?

I know entire Canuck club is to blame…but I can't help to point out Marcus Peterson. I have no idea why they praised this guy when they got him..he's absolutely f'in BRUTAL. He makes one or two shot blocks and the announcers praise what a great Dman he is… are they not seeing what we all see?? We have to get RID of toxic cancerous IDIOTS who are way past their prime — Myers, M.Peterson, Kane… and trade the dead weight that have given up —- DeBrusk, Boeser, Garland, Sherwood… and for the love of God get rid of EP40 even at a loss….he represents EVERYTHING that has gone wrong with this club…and that will never change until he's gone.
