Seriously everyone…get a grip. Trouba was going for a big hit , neces dropped down out of the way, smart..didnt have his head down, and trouba launched over him.
Everyone loves to hate trouba because he hits hard and 97% of the time clean. The dirty hits are not usually intentional but they do happen.

Attempted murder….
There's alot going on in a split second….taking into account Necas lost his edge(luckily), Trouble would have made contact with his body. Elbow went by his head and he did poke out the chicken wing. But all of that happened in less than a second. Blink and it's over. It would have been a hard board check. A REALLY hard check. It's the playoffs

I don't give a fuck that he didn't make contact. That was a blatant attempt at throwing his elbow at a players head by a player known for this behavior. The league should have stepped in and done something. When the league lets things like this go unpunished then have the audacity to wonder why people think this league is a joke!?! They claim they want to crack down on hits to the head but allow this to happen… the NHL should be embarrassed! This isn't playoff hockey… thats a man head hunting trying to take a man's head off.

That is honestly a suspension 100%, sucks that if Necas got hit the NHL would have done something but since he flew in cocked his elbow sideways to get him in the face and thankfully Necas dodged that.
