Within the same 24 hours the Ottawa Senators received some incredibly dissapointing news. Shane Pinto received a 41 game suspension for violating the NHLs guidelines and Thomas Chabot injured his hand again sidelining him for 4-6 weeks. The Senators started off their season 3-1-0 but now have lost 3 straight falling to 3-4-0 on the season. This year the Senators were projected to make the playoffs but with all of this news coming out its hard to feel confident about this hockey club at the moment. Gotta love that sports gambling that afaik has nothing to do with hockey gets you half a season penalty but being an active supporter of a mass-murder genocide is chill and just gets you a lot of positive attention and advertisement from the NHL.
