I'm impressed with Zach's all-around game. I don't know his face-off stats, but he seems to be improving a bit. And (while not Bergeron) he's better defensively than I anticipated.
To me, he's a smart, skilled 200-foot player (maybe not at a Krejci-level offensively, but I could see him reaching 60-70 points this season). A strong 2C with an excellent contract, currently playing the 1C role.
Kudos to Charlie Coyle as well; strong with puck possession and undoubtedly the B's best defensive forward. For Poitras' development, between Zacha, Coyle and Geekie (as MP's lineman) – they might buy him some valuable time to get stronger, improve at the dot, etc.
