ESPN blatantly showing favoritism

And before you say that Vegas was at home, last year when the stars played the VGK in Dallas Johnathan Quick was listed as one of the stars of the game. Also joe pavelski out preformed marchessaust last night

  1. The local crew picks the 3 stars of the game so they’re going to be naturally biased towards the home team. Also, it’s rare for the losing goalie to be a star of the game unless they had an insanely phenomenal performance despite the loss

The 3 stars of the game are chosen by a local writer for the home team, and it’s due 10 minutes before the end of the 3rd period. It’s normal for them to show favoritism since ultimately the 3 stars don’t matter.

ESPN doesn’t know anything about hockey, so they probably don’t even realize the losing team can have a star.

Vegas always does this. This isnt new. It’s always three Vegas players when they’re at home. And yeah, when in Dallas, media is capable of selecting a player from the other team. This isn’t espn’s doing.

I mean 1. It’s chosen by the local writers 2. Otter played pretty mediocre for his resume while Hill looks as dialed in as the finals
