panthers did this during the playoffs last season. buffalo: get over it. i live in vancouver and it's the same story there.
Whos your cup pick?
The Leafs fanbase is one of those fanbases that has not just Torontonians or Ontarians, but people in virtually every market apart from the other five Original Six locales who are Leaf fans. Even here in Edmonton, lots of pre-1979 hockey fans who are still tied to the Leafs, lots of Newfoundlanders who come out here for oil jobs and are Leaf fans. And Rogers Place is half-Oilers fans, half-Leafs fans for every EDM-TOR matchup.
In all EU there is a contingent given to the away Teams Fan Base. You can still get in via 3rd Party Ticket Sales but have to wear neutral clothing in some areas.
Lol so Buffalo will be 50% full all season. Amazing.
I was at that game with orielly scoring the hatrick it was awesome
Bring the NHL to Hamilton!
Buffalo doesn't want them!
Isn't it mostly Sabres season ticket holders selling their tickets to other team's fans?
LEAFS SUCK
Not to mention the fact that its common for Sabres ticket holders to sell their tickets to a leafs fan when they play in Buffalo
I Hate the Idea it pissed me off last year in the playoffs when Florida did this to Toronto and not Buffalo. You can't stop fans from a different city coming to see there team play in a different city its just crazy and looks bad on the team that does it. Do you see the leafs organization doing this to other teams no because they know it's bad for business
I'm moving to St. Catherines and my plan is to invade Keybank Arena as much as possible
This just dumb. Only thing it's going to do is make tickets more expensive for these games and it will be Leafs fans buying them off the secondary marketplace. Lose lose for the average hockey fan. Win win for the box office and scalpers
Had no problem taking leaf fans money when sabres fans disappeared. When sabres suck again weโll see.
Piss on the leafs
I like the move. yes people will still buy second hand but still it gives the fans who want to go to their home team first chance and maybe less will sell their tickets
As BC leafs fan, we invade when they come close ๐๐๐
This is complete nonsense ๐
All this will do is put a bit more money in the pockets of the Buffalo season ticket holders that sell their tickets to those games on stubhub
