Coach is back for another Habs Nation Show. Tonight, he talk about the Montreal Canadiens Cole Caufield.
Coach considers already Cole Caufield a “SUPER ELITE” player in the NHL. He did 26 goals in 46 games last season before his injury. He could become the first Habs player since Damphousse in 1996 to score over 40 goals in one regular season.
Then, coach talks about the legend Yvon Pedneault Pass Away at 77 years old during the weekend and finally some Habs news around the team in the last few days.

Hi coach, i hate myself because i miss that show.
About COLE CAUFIELD, we have a diamond at Montreal. No one knows how much Caufield is good. Some say Caufield can becoming a 40 goal. I laugh all the time really. Ducharme and Bergevin try to broke this youn gun….We are lucky because both are FIRED.
That easy for me to say, Caufield will do average of 50 per year. Very safe bet at 99%.
But i have a ball and i call the shot before…i know my hockey too
60 goal ? Safe bet at 92%
But i predict 70 goal season at 50%. And if i miss the target, Caufield finish with aroud 67-68 goal…
I call Cole Caufield the next Brett Hull.
Be patient, this young player still a rookie….if he play 82 games this year, 50-55 goal is probable.
For me I would like to see Caufield & Dach & Monahan as one line. The team scored more with Suzuki/RHP/Anderson on the ice. Caufield is an elite sharpshooter but poor 5 on 5 with Suzuki. Third line of Newhook/L.Andersson/Juraj Slafkovsky. Top Nine.
Last season, Harvey-Pinard played 32 games without Cole Caufield in the lineup and with Nick Suzuki frequently as his centre. In those minutes, Suzuki's points/60 minutes at 5-on-5 remained the exact same (2.29) as it was with Caufield next to him. The team scored more with Suzuki/RHP on the ice than Suzuki/Caufield, got a higher share of all the goals scored (56.2% with RHP against 50.5% with Caufield), and a higher share of the expected goals. Caufield was on pace for 46 goals when he was injured, and the top line was better after his injury in every respect. That is why Harvey-Pinard should get a look with Suzuki again, though whether it's a long-term solution remains to be..-MichaelClifford.

Yes to Caufield over 40 goals. Elite sharpshooter with seasons of 50 plus goals. I would like to see him on line with Dach. . Have RHP with Suzuki. Better match for 5 on 5. . Caufield-Suzuki combo on powerplay
caufield will be fine. you think hes gonna be an injured player all the time then you have no clue about hockey and injuries. Every player gets injured and his size has nothing to do with it. First of all the habs played it perfect by letting him rehab his injury for the rest of the season just like they did with slav.Second of all cole has always been the smaller player and always been the best right up till he made the bigs. He will be a regular 40 or more goal scoring machine. I promise!!!!😊
