About the big 12 needing to get in line, go check out depressed ginger take on it. He uses Oklahoma State as the example. Basically the B1G and SEC have threatened to buy 1 or 2 XII teams buyout off, and take them.
It isn't unrealistic to think the pokes will be 8-0 going into bedlam. Beat OU and then the have a warm up for the playoffs.

Man you have a straight orange kool-aid injection going. I'm very high on this team, but to say this defense is pretty close to 2021…. That is just insane. That was our best defense ever. With a returning established DC and returning starters all over the field. While talented, this defense is going to have growing pains. Nardo is going to have growing pains. The future is extremely bright if we can keep guys around. I hope they are better than 2021 but I'll believe when I see it. Feel like you're setting yourself up for disappointment.
