That category on Vision cuts to the problem with Treliving. He can make good moves but he has no vision. He just plugs players in the right spots and works hard to get good trade value. The fact that he said he's committed to the core 4 shows that he doesn't see the subtleties of what the Leafs roster is about, and it reeks of the absence of a plan. The same goes to all the free agent losses he gets. He doesn't have a vision for the future.

Shanny has to go, so does Keefe. The Shanaplan has been a horrendous bust, and our player drafting and development is at the bottom or very near the bottom of the league. We are the only team in the league who runs their team this way!
