Great interview. The memories of Wayne from my upbringing is incredible, I was a leafs fan and the rest of my family were Oilers fans, so he was a big deal at that time. But when he was traded to LA and high sticked Dougie and got away with it and scored the game winner under a minute later in game 6, that put a sour taste in my mouth for years, I did however still watch his final game as a Ranger and the slow skate around the ice with his family there and it was a special moment for all of us Canadians who grew up watching the “Great One”. Nothing but respect for Wayne today, and god bless his family and may Walter RIP.. an icon of the game and of Canada. Thank you for everything you have provided Canada Gretzky family. ✊

Class all the way. Was a big Gretzky guy growing up in the 80s but I absolutely hated him in 93 and took a few years to get over. But not his fault a call was missed and he destroyed the Leafs in gm 7. Wayne is the best!! Great interview guys!!
