I'm basically done with the Leafs at this point, the only 2 real leaders on the team gone, don't care if it's a lot of money, we truly needed these guys, I'll follow them still but, they're going nowhere with this creampuffs brigade and 1 tough guy….

So far this is very depressing as a Leafs fan.
I really wanted Schenn to stay….. but Jesus 2.75 for 3 is a GROSS overpay for Luke Schenn… if that was the deal, glad the Leafs didn't hang that anchor around their necks. Shame to see RoR go, but meh, never got the sense he liked it here much, fine if wants to move on.

I'm thinking at this point it might be time to boycott this team. Not just for me for every leaf fan. Because at this point if there going to just run it back what's the point of watching them when we know they'll lose. It's still early but we'll see what happens at the start of next season

The leafs are fubar. Shenn was the defense they need.
Preds aren't trying to compete right now, they are trying to stockpile picks and be a team that other competing teams can use for cap dumps while they let their embarrasment of riches in the AHL mature. Preds prospect pool is insanely talented right now so they are buying time to let those guys develop.
