It's irrelevant. As long as the Rangers are locked into high dollar contracts all with NMC/ NMTs the Rangers are locked into this core and therefore cannot obtain the missing pieces

As much as I like Many Of The Candidates, Kris Knablouch Gets My Vote. When The David Quinn Quinn Coaching Staff Had COVID, He And Chris Drury Were A Great Combo/Did A Great Job, Why Not Strike Gold Twice. Also, He Knows These Young Guys Coming Up, Since He Coached Them In Hartford. Therefore, Logically, He (Kris Knablouch – Hopefully, Drury, too) Is Not Only The Best Choice, But, The Only Choice. Let me know what you think
I like knoblouch myself also he's a brilliant hockey mind, when he filled in for Quinn during the covid -19 the players didn't want him to go.

Babcock is a bully. If the players didn't like Gallant, they aren't going to play for Babcock. Sully would be my pick if he is available.

Am I missing something. Definitely a lack of thinking going on. Rangers last is coming up on 30 years. That Stanley Cup winning Head Coach at 73 still has the motivation to Coach in the NHL. Umm , Rangers have nowhere to go but Keenan.
Peter Laviolette is always desperate to win, and gets the most out of what he has to work with. Only a few coaches in NHL history brought 3 different teams to the finals, and he did it with teams that had no business being there. He's tough but fair, the players like him, and want to win for him. The lazy players are the only ones who hate him.
