  1. The leafs didn't leaf. The bruins leafed.
Edit: i'm a happy canucks fan and all I have to say is ……. leafs …….. prove us wrong.

  2. Either the Leafs make the eastern finals or the Florida pick drops from 17th to 28th.

We're truely in the darkest timeline.

  3. there's another record i would like to see them break. the leafs record of not getting out of the 1st round for 2 decades. 3 decades has a nice ring to it.

  4. Boston forgot panthers were last year’s president trophy winner. They were a dark horse hidden behind the 8th seed.

  5. Good. Whenever people think of the Boston Bruins historic season, it will forever be tied with them choking to the Florida Panthers. I hope the failure torch has been passed and Boston has many decades of failure and rebuilding ahead of them.

  6. Starting the playoffs, it was so obvious the Bruins were going to lose because of suspect goaltending and Florida is secretly a top seeded team disguised as an 8th place team.

  7. Only to be outdone by Seattle. I guess the Kraken didn't want to have to watch the Thunderbirds with a 2-0 lead on Kamloops.

  8. It's not the same, the Leafs not playing the Bruins in the playoffs. It's the end of the world as we know it…

  9. I had Avs v Boston in the SCF and both sides of my bracket are trashed now but when you gets some premium upset gameplay it's all worth it. Canada might actually be able to pull off a cup this year. Especially if Dallas and Vegas go down.

  10. As a Canucks fan, this outcome couldnt make me happier. This Bruins team now own the record of the biggest choke job in playoff history! The best part was watching the Boston fans cheering with 5 minutes left like they were winning the cup and then Florida pulling their goalie and tying the game.

    Congratulations on your 'historic' season

  11. Good breakdown, but I gotta say that these hockey video games look so janky and so incredibly unrealistic. Such a terrible representation of such a beautiful game.

  12. Leafs avenge the Bruins after 10 years, when they were up 4-1 in Game 7 with 5 minutes left and lost in OT. Today, the Bruins suffered the greatest upset in NHL history, while the Leafs advance to Round 2.

  13. It would be funny if the Florida Panthers stomp out the Leafs since their fans desperately wanted the Panthers. 🤣

  14. I had panthers in seven, oilers in 5, leafs in 6, but I also picked the avalanche to win… oops

  15. They weren’t swept like those Bolts were, but disappointment reins in Boston. Their offseason just got a LOT more interesting.
