A large contingent form Germany came across the pond to watch this game live… and what a game to see for them. Both German patriots Draisaitl and Stutzle scored TWICE each tonight.
McDavid got the MOST Points by any active player in a season tonight with 129 points. Leon got his 100 pts tonight too. These 2 guys just love to hit milestones in the same game… they do it often.. lol
Also, even though I'm not a Sens fan, Stutzle is an awesome player, he's actually the best performing player in terms of performance to dollar ratio for his contract earnings.
Another really poor showing by Connor McDavid. Getting only 2 points is not acceptable when facing the Senators. If he can't at least hat trick against that, I don't know why they're even giving him ice time at this point.
