Hey lego great video but I heard that the kings only traded him because he claimed to them that he wanted to play past this season which the kings would not agree to so that’s why they traded him if quick told them he was going to retire after this season they probably wouldn’t have traded him and let him retire as a king

As a Kings fan, I’d be absolutely destroyed if we lose to Vegas in the playoffs especially if Quick is in net, but at the same time I absolutely hated seeing him get traded away and I’d be lying if I said that I wouldn’t be rooting for him to go far either to stick it to our management and to see him raise a cup one last time…

Quick needed a change of scenery a different voice by all accounts he wants to play next year wasn't likely gonna be in LA,the Kings improved their team it sucks but was necessary if LA wants to contend JQ struggled i dont know if it was all him but he like Cal struggled to make simple stops thats why Copley has 20 wins he's made the stops he is supposed to make he hasn't been spectacular and has middling #'s but 20 wins maybe Quick knocks LA out in the 2nd rnd if they do I'll root for him (and the 4 other former Kings) to win the whole damn thing
