  1. Okay but a 4th and Weal for a 7th? You take a cap hit to move up in the draft, someone like Detroit might be okay with that.

  2. As a Predators fan I would love to have Juulsen.

What I didn’t know until today is, if a player goes on a taxi squad they have to be waived.

But Juulsen has all the upside in the world when healthy

  3. Juulsen still had a lot of potential. I wouldn’t have waived him. It’s very possible that a club (Detroit?) decides to try their luck on him.

  4. My mom was friends with Gallagher when he was on the giants he gave me a tiny miniature version of the memorial cup and they are still friends today

  5. I want to clear up some confusion from a comment I made earlier today.
My favorite team is Toronto, my 2nd favourite team is Montreal.

  6. I would have loved to see Perry on the 4th line but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. Really just isn’t a spot for him tbh.

  7. The thing is, if another team claims them then they HAVE to play them.
If they then try to send the player to the taxi squad or down to the AHL, then they’ll have to put the player back on waivers.
So even though Juulsen and Weal could be usefull, I don’t think that another team wants to have them on their roster to start the season.
