Thank heavens we didn’t jump into the Eichel sweepstakes. As mentioned, sometimes the best moves are those not made. I also feel the same way with Horvat, too expensive and too long of a contract for a center who’s only really performed with these numbers this year. Carolina is my pick out east but it is a LONG season and things can flip quickly with an injury, poor goaltending etc. We will know soon enough where the Wild stand. Still need a C1 / C2 but buyers beware. I would hate to give up any prospects for any rental scenario. Guerin will move Dumba and potentially a Greenway for either picks or a players depending on who’s available. Dumba will be dealt.
