Picked up this awesome vintage Pens jersey at a garage sale but I wanna try and fix this peeling captains patch. Any suggestions?

    The easiest solution is to get some fabric glue.

    I’d wash it first, cold water and air dry.

    Then apply it to the patch, and then put weights on it so it binds well to the surface.

    Be sure to put something inside too, like a book or piece of foam board so the glue can’t seep through to the back.

    A Vegas-gold era Crosby jersey is considered vintage. Holy fuck I am old.

    Pick up some fray check glue. It works great

    Also, to get the stains out, I recommend buying the Oxiclean Max Force Gel Stain Remover Stick. It might take a few tries, but it’ll get it out!

    I could be wrong but looking at the stitching and location of stitching of the reebok neck lining, the sewn ‘nhl’ logo and the penguin main crest(bunch of things look off (the beak, the toe cap on skate, bubbling, etc) the jersey might be a knockoff
