1. All things considered, I think it was an ok showing by the Leafs. More games will help the chemistry. I thought Marchenko and Nylander looked great. Raddysh had a really rough debut though. 3-1 on this opening home stand is the goal imo.

3. Marchenko was the best Leaf on the ice having little to no sleep over past 24 hours. Imagine when he is properly rested.

4. I love Knies and I feel bad for how he was treated… But the difference in speed and how dangerous KM looks with the puck was noticeable.

6. Marchenko was great tonight especially playing with Matthews. was impressed with Cowan and others. I think it will take time with the new players and their dynamics but overall a bounce back tomorrow. GLG!

13. Marchenko going to be the fan favourite real fast playing like that. Guy stood out easily for all the right reasons and had Dobes not been on his A game, probably nets a couple himself easily. Great player

25. glad this was the first game b/c the leaf's got exposed on how far behind they are on the blue line, turnovers, first pass was horrendous, but like i said, first game, lots of time to improve, but if that's the norm for the whole year…yikes lol
