Popcorn and Fowler need more time in the AHL. Next year a lot of UFA's will more than likely be replaced with the young ones that are yet to make to the NHL. This year we have plenty of people.

It would be nice to see Florian sub in for Texier just because the game is in Toronto and his parents will be there. Even better would be to see Florian with Evans and Dach as the 4th line , and Bolduc – Danault – Anderson as the 3rd line. Go HABs.

Engstrom is only keeping that seat in the press box warm until Guhle returns. It would have been a waste to have Reinbacher sitting there instead.

Put Dach at center, that is his best position and give him a chance to succeed he’s a better offensive player than newhook.
Marchenko is history for habs. Will be in our face with Toronto
I think Kirby's main job in pre-season was to get through without an injury, whereas Florian was playing to force the hand. Dach will have plenty of time to prove himself when it counts.
I hope Demidov stays healthy… damn… He has a new skating/energy gear. He will be shooting more… I hope he has a good start and doesn't get mentally rattled.
Leafs just took our playoff spot with the Marchenko acquisition. End of the day, HuGo didn't do enough, while Chayka did tons. We wanted both of Knies & Marchenko, but nope, got neither. Ugghh.

Florian over dach all day
It is a shame that people in here don’t have a clue about hockey. Dach was a 5th overall pick he was injured for two years with serious injuries and he seems healthy now. With his size and skill put him between Demi and Slats. The fan base has a right to their opinion but forget about his injuries and give him a chance the same way they’re giving Monty and the grace they give guile .
