12. It's normal for an NHL team losing to an AHL team guys, especially in pre-season games when the AHL players are actually much more motivated trying to get a spot in the NHL team roster.

17. It's absolutely unbelievable what is happening to Chytil right now. Every time he is on the ice now, he gets clocked. But now even the referees want to get in on the action. I've never seen a player get knocked out of a game by hitting a ref. Is someone up above trying to send this guy a message? Wow.

19. I wish the NHL would be like the MLB. Only top team makes playoffs, with wildcard spots. Top 4 teams in each division making the playoffs make playing 82 games a waste of time. Everyone’s is in, and half the time the 4 place beats the 1 place. .Theres exciting mid season hockey for the fight for the spot….
