i could see suter going somewhere ..blues need to upgrade and move a few assets for a nhl level player
Great show gents…….ya I could see Suter being moved. He is a waste on the 4th line. Also, I have said this before……I love Walker, but his time has come…. him and Torpo have declined the last 2 year by alot. There are hungry players at the doorstep (Kaskimaki/Dean/Dube/Peterson) that could fill in that 4th line nicely. Plus Finley is a perfect 4th line venter with really good faceoff and Penalty Kill numbers. That play Dean and Kaskimacki had on Saturday was a dandy. There will be moves for sure……there are like 9 forwards pushing to fill 2-3 slots. Something has to give!

Every day I check on the Blues… and I always hold my breath… worrying about injuries. I pray this isn't the first of many with Tucker.
LET'S GO BLUES
– I've said since January that Fowler and Buchnevich need to go.
– Nobody wants to deal Neighbours, but he has value, could bring a worthwhile return, and may not be the best option for the Blues' starting roster. He and Berggren should be on a short leash, and available for the right price, unless they start the season on a tear. I wouldn't be eager to do it–either or both of them might very well have a breakout year–but I wouldn't reject the possibility.
– Tucker, if healthy, is worth keeping to ensure our depth Left Defensemen aren't rushed. I don't know if he has much trade value. But if anyone made an attractive offer for him, you'd have to consider it.
– If it's a foregone conclusion that Binnington won't be finishing the season in St. Louis, why wait? Package him with a forward and a draft pick, or move him to acquire more trade capital, as soon as a willing partner makes a reasonable offer.
– Upgrading the Left Defense on the 3rd pairing (Tucker or Fowler's position) would be my priority. Nikishin isn't a viable option, but Xhekaj would be perfect. Adding him to this already-stout roster would make the Blues an absolute beast to play against.
– If Calgary won't deal Xhekaj, Bahl would be an excellent consolation prize.
– Alternatively, Mattias Samuelsson in Buffalo is another LD who is tough as nails, hits and blocks everything, is in the right age group, and might be expendable given Buffalo's young depth.
Pairing any of Xhekaj, Bahl or Samuelsson with Carlo would be terrifying to play against.
Tucker was always going to be 7th d-man
I am not worried about Tucker and honestly Walker doesn't impress me much i rather have young kids here
Are they ever going to make this HUGE; EXCITING; UNREAL; WILD; UNBELIEVABLE; SHOCKING trade that will CHANGE EVERYTHING by finally achieving the UNTHINKABLE and trade for Babe Ruth? These guys have been ALL OVER the “non-existent” moves for years now.
You know Calle Rosen always plays well when he gets in. He can easily replace Tucker.
Crazy to me if Stenberg is not on the team. If we have to trade Suter to open up a spot for Otto then do that. He could be a second line center for some teams. Toronto comes to mind. Taveres wears out fast these days.
