This statement should have been made weeks ago as well as GM hiring done.

It’s been evident for a long time seider is the captain. Stop the embarrassment bs and name him captain for game 1

Honestly good for the team. Sick of players just asking out and being catered too. You signed a contract, you negotiated a no-trade clause. Deal with it
Okay so Larkin lost the C I'm good with that and he's still showing up and Sieder even said recently that team is better with him and the locker room understands where he's coming from. It's just gonna be the emotionally immature fans that are going to make his life hell but I doubt Larkin gives a damn about what these bathwater drinking fans think. Sieder should be named captain no point in going a season with guys just wearing As but whatever it is what it is the front office is still a joke and a sham.
Larkin put the organization in this situation. This is what happens when you jam up the operation. Now he deserves whatever he gets. The good news is people are very forgiving if you win.
If illitch brings back his dads perm, I see a major turnaround happening
Training camp is in one week. They've been without a GM for 3 months and seemingly don't have anybody lined up despite claiming that they've conducted an expansive search. The only way of spinning this kind of incompetence is to imagine that they recognize they're not equipped to make the playoffs and they've resigned to taking the whole season to retool the management/roster, then will look to the lottery to try to find new top line talent after Larkin gets dealt away.
The organization is only interested in salvaging this season’s ticket revenue. Not having a replacement GM is irresponsible ownership. Removing the “C” is the most minimal consideration. If the goal is to get the playoff monkey off their backs without serious Stanley Cup contention, trade Larkin now for prospects so we can get after it that much sooner rather than wasting this year and trading Lakin at the deadline.
99% won't happen but do you guys think Todd McLellan could handle being both GM and head coach? I think he has GM experience in the minors.
