The west looks so bad Canucks could surprise
Paul Cotter is going to be a good pick up at a good price.
Lets be realistic. The surprise would be finishing 7th in the Pacific not 8th. Calgary looks worse except for goaltending. Theyre putting more emphasis on their young guys.
Is it possible to have players wear an ear-piece, and have a spotter give players a heads up that someone has them in their sights..?? not sure what reaction time is involved to recognize a threat and broadcast a warning to the player. Chytil.

Jeff Marek's "Are the kids improving?" is my season metric, that and future arrivals and departures. we actually got to -100 last season (+/-) and 19/20 points behind 31st and 30th place teams. The idea I like is this years version/system/energy Canucks might out work & surprise some Eastern teams and some Western teams because the last they saw of us was we were beyond bad (end of season we did have 1 good run)
Realistic???? Canucks are in the playoffs absolutely this year. Screen shot this comment and show it to me after the season ends
