  1. Not sure who this interview is for? I’m not even a sens fan and I would assume that they want no part of this clown anymore. Ottawa gave him his chance to start in the NHL and was the only reason why he was there. He couldn’t wait to leave. His kids were born in Canada and I guarantee you he will not call them Canadian going forward.

  2. Not everyone is cut out to be a leader. When he was out for a couple months last season due to injury It was remarkable how unaffected the sens were. they played very well and had a decent record despite not having their captain and pretty sub par goal tending. They would have made the playoffs with or without him. As a captain I don’t think Brady had the impact on his team that he should have as captain. He was a productive player sure but he was no Karlsson or Alfredsson. Leading your team in fights and penalty minutes is not really leadership. With that being said many people who arnt even sens fans are dog piling on this dude and it’s pathetic He’s his own guy with his own life. I believe he’s sincere in saying he gave it his all. Just wasn’t able to deliver the goods leadership wise. He is not the leader we need and there’s nothing wrong with changing things up. Sens got a decent amount of draft capital for him so we have no reason to be bitter. He also wished the city of Ottawa well so we should wish him well.

  3. Honestly, it drives me nuts when Brady keeps talking about how much he “loves Ottawa” and how special it is to him — because if that were really true, why didn’t he ever push Mathew to come here? If playing with his brother is such a big dream, and Ottawa was supposedly this amazing place he adored, then where was that energy when Mathew was actually available? It feels like he’s saying one thing now, but his actions never matched it. It comes off like pure PR fluff, and I’m tired of pretending it makes sense.

  4. Buncha sore 'Canadians' in these comments (they're probably not actually Canadian, but I digress).

Ten years of T̶r̶u̶d̶e̶a̶u̶ CASTRO jr. has done irreparable damage to the country, to the point Canadian franchises can no longer retain great American-born hockey players.

diVeRsiTy iS 0uR sTrEngTh lol sure bud. How many s.assaults occurred during the summer in OTT alone? It's ironic the comments that purport Brady as being less intelligent when the buffoons commenting are literally too stupid to understand what's occurring around them. And WHY it's occurring.
