  1. Week 1 in the NFL is about the biggest outlier in pro sports. I hope we commit and stick to running the ball especially when it's working, to open up the passing. The Patriots lost at home last year to the RAIDERS last year only to go to the Super Bowl eventually.

  2. Note to the Media team's designers: a white stroke outside of the red stroke on the Giants 'NY' logo would help it pop, or at least make it visible. There's not enough contrast between the teal background and that red and royal logo and it's bothering me enough that I felt the need to leave this comment. πŸ˜…

  3. There's a real possibility that the Jags sweep the entire AFC South this year.

I could tell John thinks we're going 14-3 this year but he's biting his tongue and playing it safe.

John, im right there with you buddy. 14-3, #1 seed. LFG

  4. Remember BTJ had that explosive play against the Browns last time we played them! I believe it’ll happen again putting Lawrence over 300 yards! You heard it here first!

  5. Cleveland has really good players on every level of its defense. This could be kind of a "Houston light" type of game. Superb defense and questionable QB/offense. Yet Jags have had trouble in the past containing Watson. Browns have better RBs and more threats at WR than Houston. Jacksonville should win, but Browns won't be a pushover. Jags OL will be well tested right out of the gate. A loss would be a backbreaker like when Jacksonville opened with and lost to Miami in the not too distant past. And resurface the "same ol' Jags" commentary.
