I think everyone could agree they don't want to extend baker cuz the hc is on the hot seat and they don't want to hamstring their next coach with a qb they may not want, that could effect the ability to get a top head coach

I don't blame the Bucs for not wanting to commit big $ to Baker long term. His game is not going to age well through his 30's at his size, and he's already an erratic QB.
