Well, I’ll be the first to admit it when this trade initially broke, I wasn’t exactly a fan of it. But after taking a step back, looking at some of the other trades that were made by other teams, the offers that were being thrown around, and the fact that Chicago has a ridiculous amount of draft capital, I started to come around to it. Because at the end of the day, Kyle Davidson finally made a big swing. And more importantly, he got a player hawks fans should absolutely love.Bowen Byram gives the Blackhawks something they desperately need: a legitimate top-pair defenseman with plenty of upside, and now the big question is what can we actually expect from him this year? #BowenByram #Blackhawks #NHL #NHLHockey #ChicagoBlackhawks

How good can Bowen Byram actually be?🤔
banger vid!
Great video. I just wish DelMastro or Korchinski went to Buffalo instead of Louis Crevier.
Now take a swing to get Alexander Nikishkin from Carolina or Guthier from Anaheim.
no more Bedard running point? 🙂 The offensive part of the power play should be worlds better this year.
I got a ticket package this year. Cant wait.
A powerplay with Bedard, Byram and Kane should be fun to watch
I’m hoping the best for Byram
But I still don’t like what we gave up for him and we gave him a 6 year deal worth 75 million smackers in which if he ends up not performing well is going to put us in a very bad spot in out cap room
Insanely hyped for this next season!!! LET's GO HAWKS!!!!
Byram is also going to be a shining example of a defenseman in the locker room
40 days and counting…
The way things are going this guys contract could end up being a deal. No hate to the players get your money but in the new era of overpaying and player greed already this contract doesn't seem that bad especially if he ends up being a decent to good first pairing guy.
good channel dude, I like your analytics.
I think it's going to be a hard season for the hawks, the core of the roster is still on its growing path, a lot of young players on their first or second NHL year. I prefer not to anticipate a lot from this team for upcoming year so my prediction for Byram is 35-40 points and +/- not far from zero – new team, new role for him. This team is like a cat in a bag, nobody knows what's going to happen when you open it
