Hire Bruce Cassidy
Rossi took a big leap, it took him awhile but I think Yurov can do the same
Wouldn't it be something if we get Larkin and lose Hughs?
Well, doesn't Kaprizov get a say?
How much different can it be the KHL to the NHL to play hockey? Isn't hockey, hockey? Can anyone pls explain.
I’m sorry but if our best option to play next to kaprizov this season is a flyer on a Russian who got healthy scratched by the islanders last season, then Billy really f’d up
When the lineup is structured like this, it doesn't look nearly as top heavy and unimpressive as it does when you put Boldy and Ekker with Kirill. I've always thought an all Russian line is the way to go. Yurov got great experience last season, now he knows what it takes to be a top 6 center in the NHL. If he's gotten stronger this off-season, both physically and in the faceoff circle, I think he could really break out this year. Same thing for Max Shabanov. He's the perfect replacement for Zuccy. Highly skilled playmaker who can also finish and is highly competitive in the corners and on puck battles. I think he could definitely develop some good chemistry with Kirill and Yurov.
If we're not going to trade for Larkin (or another bonafide 1C) before the season starts, this is definitely how the forward lineup should be structured in terms of depth and balance.
What results?? Lol
Hire torts
Trade Kap build around Quinn
An all Russian line centered by Yurov would be interesting. Separating Boldy from Kaprisov is a good idea.
Boldy and Eck have a good thing going, so I would like to see the team building off of known chemistry and combining K97 and Boldy for late game push, along with double shifts.
I just want quinn to be locked down! And I don't care give him the 3yrs but less pay say 15-16 a year with a promise to try to get his brother here too! When they both get back into free agency! Now yes this could be more expensive to resign quinn and if his brother has a really good time at Jersey it could hurt! But if his brother is good but not great it could work to our benefit!
