I just don’t think that Koivunen deal really negatively affects other contract negotiations. Great players want shorter deals so if this deal inspires Kindel to want a 7 year deal then I’d extend him to a 9×7 July 1 next year. Also because I’m a nit picking loser Brunicke and Horcoff were both invisible at world junior really disappointing tournament for the both of them.
