Regarding Lefebve, this is from Zach Dooley the Kings insider and beat writer:
"Heard this now from 4-5 different people that Liam Lefebvre was such a unanimously loved player by several Kings scouts. As much as I can recall with a second-round pick in some time. With 2 second rounders, feels like there was almost no way he didn't wind up in Los Angeles."
"Kings saw immense growth from Liam Lefebvre from his first draft-eligible year to now."
"LAK learned in the process that he was hurt for much of last season and loved that his play was better in the QMJHL than at lower levels. He was a target at 46 the entire time & they got him."
Went to the dev camp and Lefebvre was the forward standout by far for me. Rybkin did not look out of place from the other goalies at the camp and will be coming over to the Q this upcoming season. Was also impressed by Krestan considering his draft slot.
