8. They will regress this year, especially in that division, which includes a healthy retooled Florida team. Losing and not replacing Tuch will be a glaring hole….big mistake letting him walk. They need a 2nd line center badly…one that wins faceoffs to boot !

9. Looking forward to this season. Hated to lose Tuch, but glad we signed Krebs, since I have his jersey lol. My chief concern is goaltending. I don't think we're set there.

11. I am happy Buffalo might be on the upswing. I am not happy that it's happening when my team is on the upswing and Buffalo is a more complete team.

14. I so hope Buffalo wins a cup while Dahlin is there. He so deserves it. I remember seeing him in SHL before he was drafted playing against men and he toyed with them game after game. Never seen any defenceman on that level in SHL He did not play for my team but he was so darn good you just had to cheer for him. (my team is the one Jacob Silfverberg, Calle Jarnkrok and Nicklas Backstrom comes from).

15. Not saying the rosters are comparable, but didn't Seatlle also win a round (against the defending champions) and lose in rd 2 in 7 games ? Again I expect this to be different for Buffalo, but just saying…

17. In 2011, After purchasing the Buffalo Sabres, Owner Terry Pegula said he will go all out in getting the Sabres to win Cups. Then he hires 6 coaches and 3 Gm's with little or NO experience. I guess he forgot what he said

18. I’m baffled as to the point of rehashing 10 years. Teams can flip their fortunes in 3-5 and even faster. Your time would’ve been better spent with a short review of the last five years and then the long-term outlook for the next five.

20. I have all notifications on for this channel, but in recent days have only received some, and this isnt the only channel this applies to. I cannot wait for a legitimate competitor to arise, but right now, they have an absolute monopoly, and can get away with just about anything

21. Buffalo's goaltending is the key to their success. UPL and Lyon can get them into the playoffs, maybe win a round or two. But they're not going any farther than that. 👍👍

24. I've been a fan of this team since the May Day goal in 1993 and it's been a long 15 years but I survived 17 for the Bills so I didn't give up hope. I was more shocked that they stormed int the playoffs like a team of destiny. Habs got lucky, and I know they would say the same if Buffalo had won the series like that. I need this to sustained and I believe the kids can cover the loss of Tuch more than people think. Go Sabres!
