These NHL Prospects Are In Trouble…

1. 2027 is a HUGE season for SO many high profile players, but let's go through the make or break years!

   Let me know, what do YOU guys think about my list of players today? And was there anybody I DIDN'T mention that NEEDS a huge 2027 to save their careers? #GravGang

2. Jiricek and Miroshnichenko

3. in the goalie category, i'd submit nico daws and devon levi. neither has been really given an extended chance. feel sorry for levi, even if he makes the team, he has to suffer behind bouchard's lazy boneheaded defense.

4. Lamoureux and But for Utah. Also, while Simashev will very likely be a NHL regular, a #6 pick for a 3rd line defenseman would be a disappointment.

5. The one thing that gives me some optimism about Luchanko is that it's come out over the Summer that he was playing through a core injury for the past 18 months which needed surgery. He's rehabbing now, and hopefully will be back to full strength as training camps roll around. This would coincide with the timeline of when his development seemed to stall. We shall see…

6. 100% agree on Lidstrom. Other players i think of: David Jiricek, Kevin Korshinski, Devin Levi and Brayden Yager. And in my opinion (even though he is in the NHL) Shane Wright did not prove he's a #4 pick.

9. Funny, Cossa was traded for a 1st, and is a goalie. He`s not make or break, many goalies only make it later when 25 or 26. But Bascially all the DET guys are in a important year: Kasper, Danielson, MBN, ASP.

10. 2:40 Howard did not get opportunity in the top 6. Knoblauch notoriously avoided giving young guys the time of day with 97 and 29.

11. I used to battle for the league lead in points against Cayden when he played in chetwynd back in the day so kind of sucks to see him struggling. Need my dad lore to be established. Atleast Savoie is making his name lol.

12. I’m really surprised Kevin Korchinski wasn’t mentioned! Every year seems like it should be his breakout year.

14. Your name pronunciations (McGroarty, Vejmelka, etc) and general word enunciations and inflection really bothers me

16. Reinbacher’s trajectory is very similar to Olli Juolevi. Neither should’ve went as high as they did and on top of it, injuries are destroying their development unfortunately. As a Habs fan, it hurt that they passed on Michkov, Leonard, Benson or even But for him.

17. in case of Columbus – Don Wadell happened. Dude is absolute dogshit gm

18. Luchanko said he had a procedure this offseason to fix a lingering injury hopefully that helps and the AHL should be good for his development he had pretty good AHL numbers in his limited time. Surprised to not see David Jiricek on here traded twice no longer waiver exempt going to be a big season for him in Philly.

19. So many of these players are way to young to be able to judge them.

20. Noway Logan Hensler belongs here. I would draft him at 23 all over again. It was him or Fiddler for me who went first pick second round as aRD. Thought they both were good but my flyers drafted 3 terrible 2round and traded 2 first round picks for Nesbitt. And in those spots were Logan Hensler and at 27 I think Lacovik a perfect LW for my flyers who still don’t have one
