WTF?!
So disappointing. LA could have done something similar
I like what the Rangers got back in trade. Compared to the offer Minnesota gave at last years trade deadline, this is great. Drury made it very well known that he was looking for an NHL player plus a pick and prospect, but valued an NHL player the most in a potential return. Getting Durzi also allowed the Rangers to trade Borgen to Boston for a 2nd and 3rd round picks. As for the prospect, he’s much better than any prospect Minnesota was offering. As for the draft pick, so the Rangers got a 3rd rounder instead of a very late 1st rounder. I’m very glad Drury didn’t pull the trigger for this deal last trade deadline and that he waited until today.
