The Carolina Hurricanes just left a fifty-year career man off the Stanley Cup — to make room for the owner’s seven-year-old. That man is Bob Gorman. He’s been with the franchise since 1976 — back when they were the New England Whalers of the WHA — and his name is already on this trophy, from their ‘Canes 2006 championship. This year they won it again. And they bumped him off the list for the owners 7 year old.

Owner, staff and players only! Complete disregard for the best trophy in all of sports.
Did the owner’s kids play in the Cup cuz I didn’t see them out there
Then find a scrawl and write it on the cup, permanently. Unless he's getting a HUGE bonus/retirement the team needs to be sold.
