Honestly IMO if you just took the piping and front numbers off the reebok era jerseys (where it looked like the Pens template with colored sleeves) it would look pretty good. Also it is a shame you have to pick from predetermined logos.
No way they've got employees sifting through 30,000+ entries. They already have the design picked out and they'll look at entries until they find one that matches their design and that's the winner.
I'm using the wordmark logo and designing the worst possible jersey I can come up with.
