  1. My favorite Daniel Alfredsson is a POS was shooting the puck at Scotty Niedermayer after the whistle because he's a sore losing pos.

  2. Shout out mentioning OC Vibe. I’m surprised nobody else has brought this up. Samueli does not want to open OC Vibe at the start of another rebuild

  3. @octrustattorney

The Samueli family are the founders of Broadcom, one of the ten most valuable companies in the United States, money is not a problem for the Duck owners

  4. Ducks won’t be crippled per say, but I would say their cup window is easily set back 2-3 seasons if Leo stays.
If they let Leo walk they’re more crippled than keeping him, I think Carlsson will be nearly worth that 18m hit in his prime, especially if the overall cap keeps rising. Lots of what if’s though. Could have been avoided if Verbeek had a shred of foresight

  5. Young players had a raw deal until the salary cap came in…then the game switched …vets were the one's that got the bag until then.

UFA at 27 really helped increase compensation to retain young talent.. .to buy UFA years

  6. How is Philly not screwed in a couple of years if Anaheim lets Carlsson walk? They have a lot of important players who need to get paid coming up in short order. They won’t be able to keep them all and their prospect pool will be decimated.

  7. When was the last time the Leafs made the finals? I didn't mean win the cup… OOPS, its the same year, trick question. 1967.

  8. lets be clear . the ducks were a trade partner with the flyers. you guys are not clued in with the flyers. this is classic overpay due to poor drafting & a roster that has lil value past martone & michcov. briere is doing this out of neccessity. its no masterclass. holy shit! there's a paywall to read this.???
